Fashion is an elitist notion that serves only to oppress women (frequently by other women) and promote hierarchy in our society. For many women, fashion is based solely on what they can afford, what is on sale or what can be found at a second hand store. For those slaves to fashion, the only people that truly appreciate their style are the merchants and designers who profit from their vanity.Kudos to Konnie!
